The house standard.
Every Miorenée stone is selected by the house and proved twice: a certificate for what it is, a light performance report for what it does.
How stones are chosen
Two diamonds with identical certificates can differ visibly in how they handle light. Miorenée selects for that difference. A grader with decades in the trade filters the lot by eye. The filtered stones are then analyzed on specialized machinery that measures how they perform. Only the highest-scoring stones are set.
Beyond the certificate
Every center stone ships with its IGI or GIA certificate and its Miorenée light performance report. The certificate states what the stone is; the report measures how it performs, factor by factor:
- Brilliance
- The white light the stone returns, as a measured score.
- Fire
- The colored flashes, measured the same way.
- Cut performance
- The overall optical score, on a scale that continues past Excellent to Outstanding.
- Optical symmetry
- The precision of the facet pattern; hearts and arrows, imaged.
- Spread
- Face-up size against the ideal for its weight.
- Fluorescence
- Checked face-up, under UV.
- 360 record
- The stone in motion, office light to darkfield.
The report carries the Miorenée name and is filed under the certificate number.

- At or above the weight ordered.
- Certification
- Lab-grown graded by IGI; natural by GIA. The house light performance report accompanies both.
The small stones in a piece are matched to one another at the bench.
