At Miorenee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. We understand that choosing the perfect piece is an important decision, which is why we offer a comprehensive return and refund policy.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on all jewelry purchases. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund. Custom orders are not covered by this policy.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original, unworn condition
  • All original tags and labels must be attached
  • The jewelry must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
  • The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@miorenee.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@miorenee.com to initiate your return
  2. Receive return authorization and prepaid shipping label if applicable
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Attach the prepaid shipping label to the package
  5. Drop off the package at the designated carrier location
  6. Track your return shipment using the provided tracking number

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility requirements. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Items that show signs of wear or damage
  • Items without original tags and packaging

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@miorenee.com with supporting photos of the damage. Once confirmed we will deliver a replacement product within 7-14 business days or a full refund within 5-7 business days at no additional cost to you.
